在短段砌壁整体金属模板施工中,调平找正比较困难,主要的原因是模板悬吊绳(一般是三根以上)很难保证同步给绳。即使稳车型号、绳径都相同,且采用“集控”也达不到理想的同步给绳。如果给绳不同步,会造成模板受力不均和下放困难。受力不均会发生变形,这样模板的外形轮廓尺寸就难予满足井筒规格的要求。一旦操作失误,还容易造成模板变形甚至毁坏模板。因此,正确解决给绳同步问题,是用好整体金属模板的关键问题。
