工程项目具有工期长、涉及面广和项目繁琐的特点,对于工程造价全过程控制十分困难,但正是因为工程的特点对于工程造价有一个整体的把握又至关重要。工程项目的消费是一笔不菲的数目,企业要对工程造价有一个全过程的控制,工程造价也是工程管理的核心部分,对其的合理、科学的控制可以随时调节项目投资、施工周期和工程质量,毕竟在科技日新月异的当今,市场上千变万化,对其方案的科学调整,保持工程项目的价值性。本篇论文针对工程造价全过程控制做浅要分析。
The project has the characteristics of long construction period, wide coverage and complicated projects, and it is very difficult to control the whole process of construction cost. It is precisely because of the characteristics of the project that it is crucial for the overall construction cost to be mastered. Project consumption is a huge sum of money. Enterprises should have an overall process control over project cost. Project cost is also the core part of project management. For its reasonable and scientific control, project investment and construction period can be adjusted at any time. Project quality, after all, in the ever-changing technology of today, the ever-changing market, the scientific adjustment of its programs to maintain the value of the project. This paper aims at the whole process of project cost control to do a minor analysis.
