采用等离子体渗氮技术对铸铁材料进行氮化处理,研究了渗氮前后铸铁的组织和性能变化。结果表明,当渗氮温度不变,保温时间为10~12 h时,渗层深度和显微硬度随着保温时间的延长而增大。保温时间不变,渗氮温度为560~600℃时,渗层深度和显微硬度随温度升高先增大后减小。在580℃渗氮时,铸铁的组织主要为γ′相和ε相,硬度值达到最大值。
Plasma nitriding technology was used to nitriding cast iron. The microstructure and properties of cast iron before and after nitriding were investigated. The results show that when the nitriding temperature is constant and the holding time is 10 ~ 12 h, the depth and microhardness of the layer increase with the holding time prolonging. The holding time is the same. When the nitriding temperature is 560-600 ℃, the depth and microhardness of the coating first increase and then decrease with the increase of temperature. When nitriding at 580 ℃, the microstructure of cast iron is mainly γ ’phase and ε phase, and the hardness reaches the maximum value.
