目的:观察补阳还五汤联合经颅脑超声治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取脑梗死患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者32例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组患者38例在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药补阳还五汤联合经颅脑超声治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分(ESS)及日常生活能力(ADL)评分进行评估。结果:经过治疗,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分均较治疗前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤联合经颅脑超声治疗急性脑梗死可以促进神经功能恢复,显著减少致残率,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decotion combined with transcranial ultrasound in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: Seventy patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 32 patients in control group were given routine western medicine treatment. 38 patients in treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with transcranial Brain ultrasound was performed to assess the neurological deficit scores (ESS) and daily living ability (ADL) scores before and after treatment in both groups. Results: After treatment, the neurological deficit score and ADL score in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the neurological deficit score and daily (P <0.01). There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups (P <0.05), and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with transcranial ultrasound treatment of acute cerebral infarction can promote neurological recovery, significantly reduce the morbidity and improve clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical application.
