我国的近海石油资源相当丰富,要把丰富的石油资源尽快的开发出来,必须要在海上建造平台。但平台用钢我国尚属空白,还不能生产,从而影响了海上石油资源的开发。平台用钢要求强度、韧性、可焊性、抗层状撕裂和疲劳性能指标均很高,对钢的质量也要求很严。为了使平台用钢立足于国内,填补这项钢铁产品的空白,武钢于1983年接受了国家科委和冶金部下达的该项攻关任务。参加单位有江南造船厂、725所、国家船检局海船规范所和北京钢铁学院,几年来在冶金建筑研究院、钢铁研究总院、船舶工艺研究所、清华大学、泰州焊条厂和东安焊剂厂等单位的大力支持下,于1987年6月通过部级技术鉴定。公司研制的海洋平台用钢包括两个强度级别,即σ_5≥315N/mm~2(32kg/mm~2)和355N/mm~2(36kg/mm~2)级。σ_5≥315Nmm~2(32kg/mm~2)级钢的纵、横向冲击功有较大的富裕量,Z向拉伸断面收缩率
China’s offshore oil resources are quite rich. To develop rich oil resources as soon as possible, we must build a platform at sea. However, the use of platform steel in China is still blank and can not be produced, thus affecting the development of offshore oil resources. Platform steel requirements strength, toughness, weldability, anti-laminar tear and fatigue performance indicators are high, the quality of the steel is also very strict requirements. In order to make the platform steel based on the domestic market and to fill the gap of the steel products, WISCO accepted the key task assigned by the State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Metallurgy in 1983. Participating units are Jiangnan Shipyard, 725, the State Ship Maintenance Bureau of the ship specification and Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, a few years in the Metallurgical Construction Research Institute, Institute of Iron and Steel Research Institute of Shipping, Tsinghua University, Taizhou electrode factory and Dong’an flux Plant and other units of the strong support, in June 1987 through ministerial technical appraisal.
