我厂的锻件毛坯下料,采用棒料剪断机剪切,棒料直径范围为φ10~130mm,分圆钢和方钢两种。剪切模承受大的冲击和磨损作用,要求模具材料具有足够的强度和耐磨性及适当的韧性。剪切模镶块见图1。原用8Cr3或5CrNiMo钢制造,要求硬度HRC48~52。如镶块硬度在HRC48~52或HRC52以上时,使用过程中容易崩刃和断裂;若将硬度降至HRC48以下,则刃口容易磨损,甚至堆塌,需要重新修模,增加修磨及装卸辅助时间,降低生产率,增加成本。在一般情况下,8Cr3或5CrNiMo钢剪切模镶块刃磨一次的平均寿命约为1000件,总平均寿命约为30000件。
