In this paper, another group of cases were reported using reverse indirect hemagglutination (RPHA), and the changes of serum CA-Hb3 levels in these patients before and after surgery were followed. The results showed that the positive rate of CA-Hb_3 was 3.0% in 132 normal blood donors and 9.3% in 86 cases of benign gastrointestinal disease. Compared with 252 cases, the positive rate of colorectal cancer was 54.4%. The positive rate of gastric cancer in 86 cases was 43.0%. To observe the changes of CA-Hb_3 before and after surgery in 161 colorectal cancer patients (preoperatively
