随着社会工业化进程的不断加快,工程项目建设的规模逐渐扩大,资源的消耗也因此愈加严重,如何有效利用资源实现经济效益的最大化具有重要的现实意义。而工程的造价管理可以在财力物力相对有限的情况下实现对资源的合理利用,从而获得最大化的经济效益。工程项目的全过程造价管理贯穿于工程建设的整个过程,是工程项目管理的核心内容,工程企业要想实现高收益的回拨,必须加强对工程项目全过程造价的管理。本文基于工程项目全过程造价管理展开探讨,旨在为同业者提供参考借鉴。
With the accelerating process of social industrialization, the scale of construction projects has gradually expanded and the consumption of resources has become more and more serious. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to effectively use resources to maximize economic benefits. The project cost management can achieve the rational use of resources in the case of relatively limited financial and material resources, so as to maximize the economic benefits.
