实验动物设施是保证实验动物和动物实验质量的重要支撑条件。河南省实行实验动物合格证制度以来 ,1996年至 2 0 0 3年 6月共完成新 (改 )建实验动物设施面积 2 170 5m2 ,投入资金达 4 35 5万元 ,发放合格证 6 0个。对《河南省实验动物质量管理实施办法》实施前后实验动物设施建设的两个发展阶段进行了总结分析 ,认为加强对新 (改 )建实验动物设施的论证和管理 ,是保证设施质量 ,减少损失的有效途径 ,并就存在的问题进行了分析 ,提出了对策
