我曾多次亲历幼儿园国庆活动,见证了它内容不断丰富、规模不断扩大的过程。这些活动历来受到同行和家长的一致褒扬,孩子们似乎也乐在其中。对此,我深以为然,直到一次偶然的机会,我在操场上蹲下身从孩子的高度去看,意外地发现站在队伍中后部的孩子们几乎只能看到前面攒动的人头。惊诧之余,我开始反思,活动中孩子所看到的、感受到的也许和我们的设想截然不同。由此,我萌生了重新审视幼儿园国庆活动的想法,尝试分别从教师的视角和孩子的视角看国庆活动,考察它们究竟有什么不同。我用某幼儿园经过十几年探
I have been going through kindergartens and celebrations many times to witness the continuous enrichment of its content and the continuous expansion of its scale. These activities have always been unanimously praised by peers and parents, children seem to be happy. In this regard, I deeply agree, until a chance, I squat on the playground to see from the height of the child, accidentally found standing in the back of the team, the children almost can only see the head in front of save. When I was surprised, I started to reflect on what the children in the activity might have seen may feel quite different from our own ideas.
