为了确保土压平衡盾构在砂岩地层中能够顺利施工,需将砂岩土体改良成具有良好的塑性流动性、较低渗透性以及较小内摩擦角的土体,通常采用的方法是在开挖面及土仓内注入各种土体改良剂。介绍了南京轨交禄口机场线某段区间隧道工程添加泡沫剂的土体改良方法。通过对土质的分析、泡沫剂改良土体的室内实验,确定了该工程采用泡沫剂的施工参数,从而确保土压平衡盾构在砂岩地层中的顺利施工。
In order to ensure that the earth pressure balance shield can be smoothly constructed in the sandstone formation, the sandstone soil body needs to be improved into a soil body with good plastic fluidity, low permeability and small internal friction angle. The commonly used method is to open Dug and soil into a variety of soil conditioner. This paper introduces a method of soil improvement by adding foaming agent to certain tunnel section of Nanjing Crossing Lukoukou Airport. Through the analysis of soil quality and the laboratory experiments of foam agent to improve soil, the construction parameters of foaming agent for this project were confirmed, so as to ensure the smooth construction of earth pressure balance shield in sandstone formation.
