以全光谱日光模拟器为对象,利用光学软件LightTools对其辐照特性进行仿真研究。分别建立光源和模拟器的光学系统仿真模型,并将辐照度仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,获得光学基准模型,最终完成模拟器优化。结果显示,利用基准模型可有效预测各工况下日光模拟器的辐照特性;借助该光学基准模型进行日光模拟器的优化设计,确定反射板的最佳宽度与最佳反射角分别为1.2m和20°,在模拟器与辐照面间距为2.0m,只开A组、B组、C组、D组以及灯组全开的工况下,有效辐照面较优化前平均扩大81.6%。
The full-spectrum solar simulator is used as an object to simulate the radiation characteristics of light simulator using optical software LightTools. The optical system simulation models of light source and simulator are respectively established. The simulation results of irradiance are compared with the experimental results to obtain the optical reference model, and finally the simulator is optimized. The results show that the reference model can effectively predict the irradiance characteristics of daylight simulator under various operating conditions. With the help of the optical reference model, the optimal design of daylight simulator is used to determine the optimum width and the optimum reflection angle of the reflector are 1.2m And 20 ° respectively, the distance between the simulator and the irradiation surface is 2.0m. Only the group A, group B, group C, group D and the group of lamps are fully open, the effective radiation surface is expanded by 81.6% .
