陆上训练是游泳训练的补充和调节,其中的力量训练更是预防运动损伤和提高运动成绩的有效手段。目前高水平游泳运动员的陆上训练除了发展一般身体素质,更强调训练的专项化、运动员个体化以及训练的有效性。通过对不同项目、不同距离的优秀游泳选手的典型陆上训练内容进行分析,可以使我们了解世界优秀运动员的陆上训练特点和方法、手段,为我国教练员制定陆上训练计划提供参考。
Training onshore is the complement and regulation of swimming training, and the strength training among them is also an effective way to prevent sports injuries and enhance sports performance. At present, in addition to developing general physical fitness, land training of high-level swimmers emphasizes the specialization of training, the individualization of athletes and the effectiveness of training. By analyzing the typical land training content of excellent swimmers with different projects and different distances, we can understand the characteristics, methods and means of onshore training of excellent athletes in the world and provide references for our coaches to formulate onshore training plans.
