为了解决畜禽养殖环境非线性、测量参数滞后、监控手段落后和获得数据误差大等问题,试验采用模糊PID控制算法,借鉴专家和养殖技术人员的操作经验,通过模拟人的思维方法实现畜禽养殖环境的智能监控。该系统采用KX3C10F+控制板作为数据采集和控制终端,通过APC220无线模块将环境参数传至上位机,实现数据的采集、处理、显示、存储等功能。同时,养殖人员可以借助上位机监控界面、GPRS模块和手机终端实现环境参数的查询、范围设定和执行机构的远程控制等功能。结果表明:该系统能够为畜禽提供较好的生长环境,缩短畜禽生长周期,提高畜禽养殖环境的智能化管理水平。
In order to solve the non-linearity of livestock and poultry breeding environment, the lag of measurement parameters, the backward monitoring methods and the data error, the experiment uses fuzzy PID control algorithm, draws on the operating experience of experts and farming technicians, realizes the animal Breeding environment intelligent monitoring. The system uses the KX3C10F + control board as the data acquisition and control terminal. The APC220 wireless module transmits the environmental parameters to the host computer for data collection, processing, display, storage and other functions. At the same time, aquaculturists can make use of PC monitoring interface, GPRS module and mobile terminal to query environmental parameters, set range and execute the remote control functions. The results showed that this system could provide a good growth environment for livestock and poultry, shorten the growth cycle of livestock and poultry, and improve the intelligent management of livestock and poultry breeding environment.
