在切削过程中,刀具和工件作复杂的相对成形运动。对成形运动精度产生不利影响的是热过程。它是在机床传动装置内产生的。解决的方法有两种:直接法和间接法。前者定向于排除引起发热的原因;后者定向于排除热过程的有害后果。
In the cutting process, the tool and the workpiece for complex relative forming movement. The negative effect on forming accuracy is the thermal process. It is generated in the machine transmission. There are two ways to solve: the direct method and the indirect method. The former is oriented to exclude the cause of fever; the latter is oriented to exclude the harmful effects of the thermal process.
