本文介绍羟基保太松的比色测定。反应原理为利用样品中酚的结构,在盐酸和亚硝酸钠的条件下,最初的反应是在邻位发生亚硝基化(为亚硝基化衍生物),但不稳定而极易氧化。改在氢氧化钾溶液的条件下,就可能生成邻醌或亚硝基-酚,在吡唑二酮环上成为酮-醇结构,此生成物为黄色溶液,其色泽与浓度成正比。本品的测定浓度为0.25~10mg/100ml,准确度为98.80±1.33%。
