为了评价51份苦瓜种质资源并对其进行分类,在调查测定表型性状的基础上,应用多元统计分析方法进行分析。多样性分析结果表明,51个品系的23个不同表型性状变异系数为5.88%~47.90%,平均变异系数为24.34%;相关性分析发现,苦瓜植株农艺性状与果实品质性状间存在相关性;从主成分的分析可以得出,23个表型性状可以用商品瓜形态因子、叶缘形态因子、色泽因子、营养因子、瓜瘤因子、叶形因子、茎形因子、植株形态因子和硬度因子等9个因子来归纳;通过聚类分析将51份材料划分为5大类群,有96.0%的苦瓜品系分类与判别分析一致。研究结果明确了不同品系的表型特异性和遗传多样性,筛选出一些特异种质资源,有利其栽培利用和遗传改良。
In order to evaluate and classify 51 bitter gourd germplasm resources, multivariate statistical analysis was used to analyze the phenotypic traits. The results of diversity analysis showed that the coefficient of variation of 23 different phenotypic traits in 51 strains ranged from 5.88% to 47.90% and the average coefficient of variation was 24.34%. Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between agronomic traits and fruit quality traits in bitter melon plants. From the analysis of principal components, we can draw 23 phenotypic traits by using the morphological characters of melon, leaf margin, color factor, trophic factor, melon tumor, leaf factor, stem factor, plant morphology and hardness And other nine factors to summarize; According to cluster analysis, 51 materials were divided into 5 groups, 96.0% of bitter gourd strains classification and discriminant analysis. The results of the study identified the phenotypic specificity and genetic diversity of different lines and screened out some specific germplasm resources for their utilization and genetic improvement.
