目的了解中国食用植物油中苯并[a]芘的污染状况。方法 2011年对中国八省(区、市)不同销售场所销售的部分食用植物油中苯并[a]芘含量进行调查,通过对数据进行统计分析后进行评价。结果从食用油种类分析,菜籽油和花生油苯并[a]芘含量最高,分析可能与其生产加工方式有关。从样本类型分析,散装植物油苯并[a]芘含量高于定型包装产品。结论中国食用植物油(主要为花生油和菜籽油)仍存在苯并[a]芘超标现象。
Objective To understand the pollution of benzo [a] pyrene in Chinese edible vegetable oil. Methods In 2011, the content of benzo [a] pyrene in some edible vegetable oils sold in eight different provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China was investigated. The data were statistically analyzed and evaluated. Results From the analysis of the types of edible oils, the content of benzo [a] pyrene in rapeseed oil and peanut oil was the highest, which may be related to the production and processing methods. From the analysis of sample types, the content of benzo [a] pyrene in bulk vegetable oil is higher than that of stereotyped packaging products. Conclusions The excessive content of benzo [a] pyrene in Chinese edible vegetable oil (mainly peanut oil and rapeseed oil) still exists.
