河北省政研会召开秘书长工作会议,总结交流98年工作,研究部署99年任务。省委宣传部副部长张志平出席并讲话。会议提出了加大调查研究力度、加大成果转化力度的要求,并据此安排工作。 与会同志提出,政研会的调查研究工作不是为了论证某些观点,也不是简单的反映情况,而是为各级党委和政府决策提供依据,对实际工作发挥服务和指导作用。所以
Hebei Provincial Political Consultative Conference held a working meeting of the Secretary-General, summed up the exchange of 98 years of work, study and deployment of 99-year mission. Zhang Zhiping, Vice Minister of Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department attended and addressed. The meeting raised the requirement of intensifying investigations and studies and intensifying efforts to transform achievements, and arranged work accordingly. The attending comrades suggested that the investigation and research work of the political research conference is not for the purpose of demonstrating certain points of view nor of simply reflecting the situation but of providing a basis for decision-making by Party committees and governments at all levels and serving and guiding practical work. and so
