在利用金属刀具进行切削加工时常常会产生自激振动。它的危害在于,一方面显著地增大了机床另件的载荷,而另一方面严重地降低了被加工表面的质量。关于这种自激振动产生的基本理论,苏联学者和作出了不少的贡献,但是并没有能够完全表明这种现象的本质,本文主要介绍捷克和苏联“坐标关联”理论,它对于这个自激振动的问题提供了更进一步的研究成果。本文包含下列五个部份,由于篇幅所限,各部份的内容都叙述得不够充分:①的理论②在切削加工时产生自激振动的一般原理的前提。③由于前次切削在表面上产生波痕所引起的共振原理。④坐标关联原理。⑤结论。
In the use of metal cutting tools often have self-excited vibration. The danger is that on the one hand the load on the other part of the machine tool is significantly increased and on the other hand the quality of the surface to be machined is severely reduced. Soviet scholars made a lot of contributions to this basic theory of self-excited vibration, but did not fully demonstrate the essence of this phenomenon. This article mainly introduces the theory of “coordinate correlation” between the Czech Republic and the Soviet Union. Vibration issues provide further research results. This article contains the following five parts, due to space limitations, the contents of each part are described inadequate: ① theory ② in the cutting process to produce self-excited vibration of the premise of the general principle. ③ due to the previous cutting wave marks generated on the surface caused by the resonance principle. ④ coordinate correlation principle. ⑤ Conclusion.
