日本的草药—1 当药当药最早收载于《和汉三方图鉴》(1712年) 野草部分,为龙胆科植物,深秋开花时采集的干燥全草.主要成分为苦味苷—当药苦甙占2~10%、当药甙、龙胆苦甙,苦杏甙等强苦味成分。还有赤鲜红氨基乙酸、齐墩果酸、黄酮类以及氧杂蒽酮类衍生物等。据认为苦味成分有刺激味觉,从而增进食欲、加速胃蠕动、促进胃液分泌等作用;然而,未得到动物试验证明.
