《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020)》正式出台,规划强调重点小城镇建设要把文化旅游等作为重要的发展方向,而文化旅游本身又与新型城镇化有很多契合之处,两者可以良性互动,产生协同效应。特别是对文化底蕴深厚的辽宁省新宾满族自治县来说更是具有重要意义。将新宾满族自治县满族文化旅游资源开发整合,放在新型城镇化建设背景下进行考量,分析指出新宾满族自治县虽然满清文化底蕴丰厚,但缺乏对满族文化旅游资源的深层次梳理与整合,提出建立满清文化旅游景观带的开发思路,以期提升新宾县的旅游综合实力,促进新型城镇化建设的进程和质量。

Taking the development and integration of the Manchu culture and tourism resources in Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County as an example, this paper analyzes the situation of Manchu culture and tourism resources in Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County, and points out that Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County lacks richness and integrity in the Manchu culture and tourism resources, Proposed the establishment of Manchurian cultural tourism landscape with the development of ideas, with a view to enhancing Xinbin County tourism comprehensive strength and promote the process of new urbanization and quality.
