目的:探讨5S管理在输血科护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法:自2015年1月起在输血科实施5S管理,成立5S管理小组,进一步加强输血科的血液管理、仪器管理、试剂管理和资料管理,按照5S理念,从整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养5个方面入手,全面提高输血科的护理管理质量,与2014年的工作比较,评价实施5S管理后血液报废率、红细胞库存期、试剂库存量、首袋发血时间、资料完整率及临床满意度的改善情况。结果:在实施5S管理后,输血科的护理管理质量全面提升,血液报废率、红细胞库存期、试剂库存量、首袋发血时间、资料完整率及临床满意度与2014年相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:5S管理方案是一种有效的现代化管理方案,能够有效避免时间和经济上的浪费,提高护理服务质量,更好的为临床服务。
Objective: To explore the value of 5S management in the quality management of blood transfusion care. Methods: Since January 2015, a 5S management team has been established in the Department of Blood Transfusion and a 5S management team has been set up to further strengthen the blood management, equipment management, reagent management and data management of blood transfusion department. According to the 5S concept, To improve the quality of nursing management of blood transfusion department in an all-round way, compared with the work in 2014, we evaluated the rate of blood scrap, the inventory of red blood cells, the inventory of reagents, the time of first blood bagging, the data complete rate and clinical Satisfaction improvement. Results: After 5S management, the quality of nursing management of blood transfusion department was overall improved. The blood reject rate, the inventory of erythrocytes, the inventory of reagents, the time of first blood bagging, the data complete rate and the clinical satisfaction were significantly different from those in 2014 (P <0.05). Conclusion: The 5S management plan is an effective modern management plan, which can effectively avoid the waste of time and economy, improve the quality of nursing service and provide better clinical service.
