由沥青路面老化与温度引起的模量梯度是造成路面Top-Down裂缝的主要原因,为对Top-Down裂缝进行开裂预估,本文通过计算路面不同深度的平均温度得出路面的温度场分布,研究沥青路面老化随龄期、温度、空隙率和深度的发展变化规律,建立老化预估模型。根据老化预估模型中沥青粘度与沥青混合料动态模量的关系,得到沥青混合料随老化时间、温度、深度、空隙率变化的梯度模量。研究结果表明:通过全寿命沥青路面结构的老化预测模型、沥青粘度与沥青混合料动态模量的关系式,可建立不同老化程度和动态模量之间的关系。
The main cause of the Top-Down cracks in the pavement is the modulus gradient caused by the aging of asphalt pavement and temperature. In order to predict the cracking of Top-Down cracks, the temperature field distribution of pavement is obtained by calculating the average temperature of pavement at different depths, The aging of asphalt pavement with age, temperature, porosity and depth of the law of development and change, the establishment of aging prediction model. According to the relationship between asphalt viscosity and dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture, the gradient modulus of asphalt mixture with aging time, temperature, depth and voidage is obtained. The results show that the relationship between different degrees of aging and dynamic modulus can be established through the relationship between aging prediction model of full-life asphalt pavement structure, asphalt viscosity and dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture.
