金属磁记忆(MMM)检测技术是目前无损检测领域唯一的早期诊断检测方法。煤矿用刮板机广泛应用于煤矿日常开采输送工作。对刮板进行早期诊断可以预防刮板断裂事故,保证设备连续运行。应用矢量合成的方法,准确提取漏磁场的切向分量与法向分量。针对切向分量与法向分量进行李萨如图合成,从而实现了定量检测。使用自行研制的三轴漏磁场检测传感器组成传感器阵列,实现对刮板机的实时连续在线检测。
Metal magnetic memory (MMM) detection technology is currently the only area of non-destructive testing early diagnostic testing methods. Coal scraper is widely used in the daily mining and transportation work. Early diagnosis of scraper can prevent scraper rupture accident, to ensure continuous operation of equipment. The method of vector synthesis is applied to accurately extract the tangential and normal components of the leakage magnetic field. For the tangential component and the normal component Lissajous figure synthesis, in order to achieve a quantitative detection. Using self-developed three-axis magnetic field leakage sensor to form a sensor array sensor to achieve real-time continuous scraper online testing.
