目的了解游客对旅游区食品安全的认知和满意度,从而获知旅游区食品安全的现状,探讨存在的不足,为相关部门制定政策提供参考。方法采取定量调查和定性研究相结合的方法。结果游客对食品安全认知水平不高,对武夷山旅游区食品安全满意度处于中上水平,并把超市作为食品消费的首选场所。结论政府应加强对旅游区食品安全监管,开展全民食品安全知识宣传教育,提高游客对食品安全的认知程度;超市应作为监控重点;食品生产经营者应建立健全自身的管理体制。
Objective To understand the tourists’ perception and satisfaction of food safety in tourist areas so as to know the status quo of food safety in tourist areas and explore their shortcomings so as to provide reference for the relevant departments to formulate policies. Methods To take a quantitative survey and qualitative research methods combined. As a result, tourists’ awareness of food safety was not high, and satisfaction with food safety in Wuyishan tourist area was at the upper level and the supermarket was the preferred place for food consumption. Conclusion The government should strengthen food safety regulation in tourist areas, carry out propaganda and education of food safety knowledge for all people, and enhance tourists’ awareness of food safety. Supermarkets should be the focus of monitoring. Food producers and traders should establish and improve their own management system.
