以“津春4号”黄瓜为试材,探讨了不同剂量的生防菌剂BG3对黄瓜幼苗农艺性状表现以及生理生化指标的影响,研究了生防菌BG3对黄瓜生长的促生效应。结果表明:适宜剂量的生防菌剂BG3能够促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,但相同剂量的BG3制剂对不同指标的影响效果却不同;通过利用TOPSIS方法对各处理的生长指标进行综合评价得出,防菌剂BG3对黄瓜苗总体具有促生效应,在黄瓜生产中,可采用1kg土∶100mL生防菌剂BG3混合来处理播种土壤,以保证黄瓜苗期的良好生长。
Effects of biocontrol agent BG3 on the agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes of cucumber seedlings were studied with “Jinchun No.4” cucumber as test material, and the promoting effect of biocontrol bacterium BG3 on cucumber growth was studied . The results showed that the appropriate dose of biocontrol agent BG3 could promote the growth of cucumber seedlings. However, the effect of different doses of BG3 on different indexes was different. The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the growth indexes of all treatments. Inoculation of BG3 on cucumber seedlings generally has the effect of promoting growth. In cucumber production, 1 kg of soil: 100 mL of biocontrol agent BG3 can be mixed to treat the sown soil so as to ensure good growth of cucumber seedlings.
