“大众创业,万众创新”是实现稳增长、调结构、惠民生的重要动力,女性群体是创业创新的重要力量。针对当前女性创新创业理论研究严重滞后于实践发展的现状,文章以天津市女性为调查对象,对女性从业者的创业特点、创业意愿及其影响因素进行系统研究发现:以往的工作经验、创业环境、工作满意度等因素对女性创业意愿有促进作用,而学历和性别歧视因素对女性创业意愿的影响并不显著。建议政府和社会相关部门加大女性创业支持力度,为女性创造更积极的创业环境。 “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation” are important motives for achieving steady growth, adjusting structure and benefiting people’s livelihood. The female group is an important force in entrepreneurship and innovation. Aiming at the current situation that the research on female innovation and entrepreneurship lags behind the development of practice seriously, the article makes a systematic research on the characteristics of female entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial aspirations and their influencing factors based on the survey of women in Tianjin City. The results show that previous work experience and entrepreneurial environment , Job satisfaction and other factors to promote women’s entrepreneurial intentions, and academic and gender-based factors on the impact of women’s entrepreneurial motivation is not significant. It is suggested that the government and relevant social departments should step up efforts to support female entrepreneurship and create a more positive entrepreneurial environment for women.
