目的探讨黄蒲通窍胶囊对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠脑组织c-fos和c-jun影响的机制。方法制作线栓法大脑中动脉栓塞所致血管性痴呆大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠脑组织c-fos和c-jun的变化。结果模型组大鼠脑组织中c-fos和c-jun有一定的表达,中药组、都可喜组血浆和脑组织中c-fos和c-jun表达明显增强,并有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄蒲通窍胶囊一方面可能通过上调脑缺血后c-fos的表达,而起到脑保护的作用;另一方面可能通过增强c-fos的表达起到改善VD大鼠学习记忆障碍的作用。推测这可能是该方治疗血管性痴呆的机制。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Huangpu Tongqiao capsule on c-fos and c-jun in brain of vascular dementia (VD) rats. Methods The rat model of vascular dementia induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) by thread occlusion was made and the changes of c-fos and c-jun in the brain tissue were observed. Results The expressions of c-fos and c-jun in the brain tissue of the model group were higher than those in the untreated group. The expressions of c-fos and c-jun in the plasma and brain tissues of the Chinese medicine group and the docetaxel group were significantly increased (P < 0.01). Conclusion Huangpu Tongqiao Capsule may play a role in cerebral protection by up-regulating the expression of c-fos after cerebral ischemia. On the other hand, Huangpu Tongqiao Capsule may play an important role in improving the learning and memory impairment of VD rats by enhancing the expression of c-fos . Speculated that this may be the mechanism of treatment of vascular dementia.
