以耐裂果的加工番茄‘14803’和易裂果的栽培番茄‘14633’为试材,将二者杂交得到F_1代,F_1自交得到F2,研究了F_2子代的裂果相关性及QTL定位,以期为近一步培育耐裂果、品质优良的新品种提供参考依据。结果表明:番茄果实抗裂指数与果实纵径、果形指数、果肩果皮韧度、果腹果皮韧度4个指标呈显著正相关。通过利用SSR和AFLP分子标记对F_2群体进行QTL定位及遗传连锁图谱的构建,找到了27个与番茄果质量、果形指数、果皮韧度等相关的QTLs,5个抗裂指数相关的QTLs。
Fission-related genes and QTLs of F_2 progeny were studied with F 2 progenies from F 2 progeny and F2 progenies of F2 progenies, using resistant tomato cultivar ’14803’ and easy-friable cultivated tomato ’14633’ For the next step to cultivate crack-resistant fruit, good quality new varieties provide a reference. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the cracking index of tomato fruits and the four indexes of fruit length, fruit shape index, pericarp pectinity and pericarp pericarp. Seven QTLs related to fruit mass, fruit shape index, pericarp toughness, and other five QTLs were found by QTL mapping and genetic linkage map analysis using SSR and AFLP markers.
