为了提高电力巡检工作的规范化及管理水平,杜绝对巡检人员无法科学、准确考核监控的现象,本文提出了一种采用射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,简称RFID,俗称电子标签)技术和计算机信息管理技术的巡检作业管理方法。巡检系统由需要巡检的现场设备及信息钮、便携式数据采集器(掌上电脑+识读器)和管理数据的设备巡检系统等组成,通过无线网络架构,提高了电力设备巡检的效率和质量。该系统的实际应用,不仅可以减少巡检工作量而且可有效提高巡检到位率,可为设备缺陷管理提供可靠信息,从而提高设备的可用率,杜绝设备事故,保证电力生产的安全运行。
