办学理念作为学校的教育哲学,是引领学校发展的灵魂。办学理念是解决“学校是什么”、“办什么样的学校”及“怎样办好学校”等问题的,其中渗透着学生观、教育观及学校观等价值内涵。调查表明,校长对办学理念在本质、内容及特色理解上都存在着一定的问题,校长需加强对办学理念的理解与实施,应充分理解办学理念内涵的科学性、关注办学理念塑形的理论性、注重办学理念语言表述的可读性及重视办学理念实践的整体性。
