随着自主学习理念在实践中的运用,教师作用或角色也面临新的思考。有关研究显示,在自主学习活动中,学生对教师在咨询、鼓励、培训和教材编写上的作用尤为期待。而学生感觉到自主学习能力不足、意愿或动力容易减弱和缺乏环境支持是产生这些期待的主要原因。本文探讨了教师在自主语言学习中的作用及角色,并指出,教师要成为学生所期待的专家和朋友,必须注重不断的自我发展,不仅要在需求分析的基础上培训学生自主技能,还要鼓励学生持续努力,并开发适合学生自主学习的教材。
With the application of autonomous learning in practice, the role or role of teacher is also facing new thinking. Relevant research shows that students are especially looking forward to teachers in their counseling, encouragement, training and compilation of teaching materials in self-regulated learning activities. However, students felt that lack of self-learning ability, weaker willingness or motivation and lack of environmental support were the main reasons for these expectations.
