我院《改革中高职医务人员业务考核形式的尝试》一文在贵刊1900年第3期发表之后.陆续收到全国很多医院的来信,主要是想探讨中高职医务人员业务考核采用“演讲”这种形式后,如何进行量化考核的问题。有关业务演讲的组织实施等内容前文已详述.本文仅简要介绍量化考核的具体方法.以期与各地同行商榷、交流。我院改革中高职医务人员的业务考核形式.废除试卷式考试,采用业务专题演讲后,量化考核的分数成为衡量一个人真才实学的尺度,引起普遍的重视与关注,学术气氛空前高涨。这项改革措
