为探究外生菌根真菌对无籽刺梨生长发育和营养物质吸收的影响,寻求一种最佳的无籽刺梨栽培技术,研究了不同外生菌根菌对无籽刺梨的株高、地径、生物量、不同部位的碳、氮、磷分布的影响。结果表明:接种外生菌对无籽刺梨的株高、地径生长有促进作用,其中鸡油菌和紫色马勃菌一起使用对无籽刺梨的生长促进最明显,2种外生菌根菌相互协调,共同促进无籽刺梨扦插后的生长与发育;鸡油菌+紫色马勃菌的总生物量最大,单独接种鸡油菌的总生物量次之,对照组的总生物量最小,从不同部位生物量表现为茎>枝>叶>根;接种菌根菌对无籽刺梨的根、茎、叶中养分C、N、P的含量均比对照组明显提高,叶片是C、N、P的积累中心,外生菌根菌处理显著提高无籽刺梨根部的N∶P、C∶P,对无籽刺梨茎部C∶N有降低作用。

Inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi increased the contents of C, N and P in roots, stems and leaves of the seedless-prickly pear, C, N, P accumulation center, ectomycorrhizal fungi significantly increased seedless prickly pear root N: P, C: P, the seedless prickly pear stem C: N have a reducing effect.
