为鉴定某生产车间后期功能改造的结构安全性,通过现场检测的方法以及室内PKPM软件模拟分析,综合分析了该车间的实际结构外部条件及内部受力状况。结果表明:该生产车间原结构满足安全性要求,但经改造后的一、二层梁板配筋已超出原设计钢筋截面面积,其承载力已不能满足安全性要求。
In order to identify the structural safety of the late stage functional transformation of a production workshop, the actual structural external conditions and internal stress conditions of the workshop were comprehensively analyzed through on-site inspection methods and indoor PKPM software simulation analysis. The results show that the original structure of the workshop meets the safety requirements. However, the reinforcement of the first and second beams after the transformation has exceeded the area of the original design of the reinforcement, and the bearing capacity can not meet the safety requirements.
