机要人员的管理始终是机要工作的重点 ,也是难点。机要工作经过 70年实践经验和总结 ,形成了一整套比较完整的管理制度。然而 ,在新的历史条件下 ,部分机要人员主观意识的过激行为不能不引起管理者的高度重视 ,从而在当代中国特殊的历史阶段 ,有必要对机要人员的管理方法进行研究。本文通过管理理论的讨论 ,结合多年的机要工作管理经历 ,阐述了新时期机要人员管理应遵循以人为中心的人本原理。
The management of confidential personnel has always been the focus of confidential work, but also difficulties. After 70 years of practical experience and summary of confidential work, a complete set of management system has been formed. However, under the new historical conditions, some of the most important members of subjective ideological overreaction can not but cause managers to attach great importance, so that in the special historical period of contemporary China, it is necessary to study the management of confidential personnel. This article, through the discussion of management theory and the years of management experience of confidential work, elaborates that the management of confidential personnel in the new period should follow the people-centered principle.
