原发性胆汁性肝硬化( PBC)目前发病机制尚不明确。临床上很多患者的诊断仍主要靠肝组织活检,迫切需要寻找更简便可靠的诊断方法。应用核磁共振( NMR)技术检测 PBC 患者血清代谢物组,在近年来得到飞速发展。但该技术尚未成熟,目前未广泛应用于临床。该文就代谢组学的概况、NMR检测血清代谢物组的相关研究进展及其在PBC诊断中的应用予以综述,为该技术应用于临床做准备。“,”Primary biliary cirrhosis( PBC) pathogenesis is not clear at present,and the diagnosis of many patients still mainly relies on liver biopsy ,so there is an urgent need to find a more convenient and reliable diagnostic method.Using nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR) to detect serum metabolites group in patients with PBC is a rapid development in recent years,though the technology is not yet mature,and not widely used in clinical practice currently.Here is to make a review of metabolomics research progress related to serum metabolomic NMR and its application in the diagnosis of PBC to prepare for the clinical application of the technology.
