口腔活动义齿修复后,微生物尤其是白色念珠菌的感染在临床很常见。最近,一种包含三氯生的广谱抗菌素(Microban)被用于抑制微生物的生长。本体外实验旨在研究能否通过在义齿软衬材料中加入三氯生抑制白色念珠菌的生长和改变软衬材料的细胞毒性。 材料和方法 按厂家推荐的粉液比制成标准的义齿软衬材料,等分成两份,一份加入三氯生,另一份不加入三氯生。另准备直径5mm、厚1mm的无菌铝模具,放入制好的软衬材料,聚酯膜覆盖铝模具
Oral denture repair, the microbial infection, especially Candida albicans is clinically common. Recently, a broad spectrum antibiotic (triclosan) containing triclosan was used to inhibit the growth of microorganisms. In vitro experiments were conducted to investigate whether triclosan can be added to denture soft lining materials to inhibit C. albicans growth and to alter the cytotoxicity of soft lining materials. MATERIALS AND METHODS Standard denture soft lining materials were prepared according to the manufacturer's recommended ratio of powder to liquid, divided into two portions, one for triclosan and the other for triclosan.
