青山热电厂6号机在1985年4月的大修中,超声波探伤检查发现第16级叶轮进汽边有裂纹可疑信号,将叶轮从大轴上拔下,再经磁粉探伤及金相分析,确证存在裂纹。裂纹露出端面的径向深度,受力侧约3.0mm,非受力侧约2.5mm;裂纹的轴向长度,受力侧约28mm,非受力侧约25mm,叶轮经铣削消除裂纹后继续使用。本文对叶轮键槽裂纹的检查与处理作一简要总结,并对今后投运的安全性进行初步估计。
Aoyama Thermal Power Plant Unit 6 in the April 1985 overhaul, ultrasonic inspection examination found that the first 16 impeller into the steam side of the crack suspicious signal, the impeller from the big shaft unplugged, and then by magnetic particle inspection and metallographic analysis, to confirm the existence of crack. The radial depth of the exposed surface of the crack is about 3.0mm on the force side and about 2.5mm on the non-force side. The axial length of the crack is about 28mm on the force side and about 25mm on the non-force side. The impeller continues to be used after being cracked by milling . In this paper, a brief summary of the inspection and treatment of the impeller keyway crack is made, and the safety of the commissioning of the turbine is preliminarily estimated.
