研究了NT-1防镍变色剂在不同温度、pH值和处理时间下的防腐蚀变色效果,结果表明,在65~75℃,pH 8时浸渍1~2 min可获得最佳的效果。用电化学方法研究了镍电极在NT-1处理前后的腐蚀电流,结果表明,NT-1膜层可明显提高镍层的耐蚀性能,在阳极电位小于0.5 V时,其缓蚀率可达95%以上。用电子能谱对膜层的研究表明,NT-1防变色膜是一种致密、均相的疏水膜,这是它可有效防止镍层变色和腐蚀的原因。由Ar~+深度剥蚀图的组成恒定区,求得膜的组成为:C72.0%,O 12.2%,Na 5.1%,Mo 2.0%,Ni 8.7%。
The anti-corrosion effect of NT-1 anti-nickel discoloration agent under different temperature, pH value and treatment time was studied. The results showed that the best effect was obtained by dipping for 1 ~ 2 min at 65 ~ 75 ℃ and pH 8. The corrosion current of nickel electrode before and after NT-1 treatment was studied by electrochemical method. The results show that the corrosion resistance of nickel layer can be obviously enhanced by NT-1 coating. When the anode potential is less than 0.5 V, the corrosion inhibition rate can reach above 95. The study of the film by electron spectroscopy shows that the NT-1 film is a dense and homogeneous hydrophobic film, which is why it can effectively prevent discoloration and corrosion of the nickel layer. From the compositional constant region of the Ar ~ + depth ablation pattern, the composition of the film was found to be: C72.0%, O12.2%, Na5.1%, Mo2.0%, Ni8.7%.
