本文采用茜素紫为显色剂测定铅中微量锡。并对锡-茜素紫络合物的稳定性、形成时的酸度和形成速度以及共存盐类和外来离子的影响进行了探讨、实验结果表明,该法较之惯常用的苯芴酮比色法具有操作简便、快速、条件易于掌握、重现性好的特点。基体铅可以不需分离,通过调整酸度,可以扩大方法的测定范围,对于杂质含量较高的试样,应用加入酒石酸和抗坏血酸等掩蔽剂的方法来消除干扰;采用一定浓度的盐酸洗液洗涤有机相,可消除共存盐类的影响。
