石窟壁画起甲修复过程虽然简单,介入材料与壁画之间的微观结构却非常复杂,壁画修复前后的微观结构变化对于壁画起甲修复过程及长久的保存效果显得尤为重要。扫描电镜能对研究对象进行几千倍甚至十万倍的显微结构观察,可以对高清的微米级、纳米级微观结构进行科学研究,真正实现可靠的精细微区分析。本文重点介绍了柏孜克里克壁画起甲的起因和修复前后壁画的结构变化,并且进一步研究了扫描电镜图像在壁画起甲修复微区分析中所起的作用,除了在上述显微结构方面的意义之外,它在壁画起甲修复方面也起到了指导作用,为以后壁画起甲修复工作提供翔实的科学数据和有力的技术支持。
