颅内动脉瘤在普通人群中发病率较高,是危害人类健康的严重疾患,一旦破裂出血,后果严重。颅内动脉瘤的发病原因及发病机制已成为目前国内外研究的热点。国际上多个中心认为颅内动脉瘤是环境和遗传等多因素共同作用引起的。研究发现多个相关易感基因与颅内动脉瘤的发病有关。本文回顾了近年来国际上对颅内动脉瘤在分子流行病学和遗传因素上的研究成果,希望能加深对颅内动脉瘤流行病学与遗传因素的进一步理解。
Intracranial aneurysms in the general population of a higher prevalence, is a serious disease that endangers human health, once ruptured bleeding, the consequences. The pathogenesis and pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysm has become the hot spot at home and abroad. Many international centers believe that intracranial aneurysm is caused by the combination of environmental and genetic factors. The study found that a number of related susceptibility genes associated with the incidence of intracranial aneurysms. In this paper, we review the research results on molecular epidemiology and genetic factors of intracranial aneurysms in recent years in the hope of deepening the understanding of the epidemiology and genetic factors of intracranial aneurysms.
