On December 31, 2015, the office of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education promulgated Zhejiaoobanji [2015] No. 114 “Guiding Opinion on Improving and Reinforcing Operation Management of Primary and Secondary Schools”, putting forward normative management opinions on students’ homework in primary and secondary education. The main content of the third part of the Opinion is as follows. (A) to strengthen homework assignment and management Homework is the teacher to guide students to carry out autonomous learning, carrying the learning content, reflect the learning style, the implementation of procedural evaluation of the carrier. From the overall consideration of learning activities, systematic, scientific and reasonable design of different levels of homework to guide students
