建筑施工现场无论是结构工程混凝土的搅拌,还是装修工程砂浆搅拌,大多数现场都使用搅拌机,而搅拌机后台倒灰扬尘,一直是施工现场环保工作专项治理的一项课题。因此,自1995年以来,经过在北京二里庄小区塔楼、阳光广场、华北电力设计院等工程中试验,并多次进行了改进完善,最后完成了混凝土搅拌机后台降尘设备,在实际应用过程中取得了显著成效。 一、降尘设备制作方法 (一)配电系统 混凝土搅拌机后台降尘配电系统(图1)是由时间继电器、中间继电器、电源保险及常开常闭开关等组成,其中时间继电器是控制降尘喷洒时间的
