目的观察大鼠高血压性脑出血后血肿周围组织Caspase-3的表达,分析其表达与血肿量及出血时间的关系。方法取成年SD大鼠100只,随机分为对照组、脑出血1组、脑出血2组,采用双侧肾动脉前支部分热凝,立体定位仪下自体血脑内注入法建立大鼠高血压性脑出血模型。用免疫组化方法观察Caspase-3的表达。结果大鼠高血压性脑出血后6 h Caspase-3开始表达,24h达高峰,血肿量大的脑出血组(脑出血2组)相应时间点Caspase-3的表达较血肿量小的脑出血组(脑出血1组)明显增高(P<0.05)。结论高血压性脑出血后Caspase-3的表达随血肿量的增加表达也增加,从而加重了脑出血后血肿周围脑组织的凋亡。
Objective To observe the expression of Caspase-3 in the perihematoma after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in rats and analyze its relationship with the hematoma volume and bleeding time. Methods One hundred adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, intracerebral hemorrhage group 1 and intracerebral hemorrhage group 2. The rats were pre-treated with autologous blood intracerebral infusion Blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage model. The expression of Caspase-3 was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results Caspase-3 began to express at 6 h after cerebral hemorrhage in rats and peaked at 24 h. The expression of Caspase-3 in ICH group (ICH group 2) at the corresponding time point was higher than that in ICH group (ICH group 1) was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of Caspase-3 increases with the increase of hematoma after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, which aggravates the apoptosis of the brain tissue around the hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage.
