为加强建筑外墙外保温工程施工队伍的管理,保证建筑节能工程质量,陕西省住建厅将在全省范围内开展外墙外保温工程施工队伍现状调研工作,旨在了解外墙外保温工程施工承建方式、人员技术水平等情况,建立完善管理制度,提升该省建筑外墙外保温工程施工队伍专业化施工水平。本次调研计划于9月2日至10月20日进行,主要调研全省从事外墙外保温工程施工的企业性质、发展规模与专业技术人员(上接第68页)情况;外墙外保温工程的承建方式以及是否纳入建设工程项目招标范畴、施工质量管理制度的落实情况;施工企业、保温材料生产企业每年承建的外墙外保温工程规模量;各城市强化外墙外保温工程施工专业化方面的工作与措施,以及施工企业、保温材料生产企业人员对全省建筑节能与墙体材料改革政策及技术的熟知程度和建议。该省住建厅将在调研期间对西安、渭南、榆林、商洛、安康、杨凌6市(区)的在建工程项目和外墙外保温材料生产企业进行走访,并组织建筑节能与墙体材料改革、工程质量安全监督管理部门,外墙外保温工程建设、施工、监理等单位进行问卷调查和座谈调研,了解外墙外保温工程施工、监理、验收等情况,以及建筑节能标准、建筑节能工程施工质量验收规程执行情况。
