本文介绍了双客列车中发电车采用的H98-3环氧防腐阻尼材料的性能。通过试验比较,该材料防腐蚀、抗老化性能均优于现有客车钢结构所用石棉沥青涂料;该涂料还具有优良的阻尼性能;其噪声指标低于设计指标;能满足发电车的使用要求。
This article describes the performance of the H98-3 epoxy anti-corrosion damping material used in electric cars for double-decker trains. Compared with the test, the anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties of the material are better than the asbestos asphalt coating used in the existing passenger car steel structure; the paint also has excellent damping performance; the noise index is lower than the design index;
