限制开发区身为我国四个主体功能区中的一项,在发展中备受限制。这是因为国家对其工业化进行限制,并在投入方面也远不如禁止开发区。尤其对于较为落后的地区的限制开发区而言,在发展中的限制更为明显。
Restricting the development zone as one of the four main functional areas in our country is limited in development. This is because the state restricts its industrialization and is far less prosperous in terms of investment. In particular, the development restrictions in the more backward areas are more pronounced.
